Growing up in the kitchen with her mother, father, and grandparents, Maddy always held a passion for food. While pursuing her neuroscience degree from Mercer University, she began serving at a locally-owned tapas restaurant in Macon, GA. This is where her love for hospitality and the restaurant industry flourished. She found Osteria Mattone after moving to Roswell postgrad and fell in love after beginning as a Server here! Owners Daniel and Ryan quickly recognized Maddy’s attention to detail, professionalism, and innate sense of hospitality, promoting her to Dining Room Manager in short order. In her off time, Maddy enjoys reading Stephen King novels and keeping up to date with developing research in neuroscience and psychology. Ask her about her special needs cat, Cop; she loves him!
